This mural was commissioned by Walsall Housing group. I carried out a community engagement workshop, where the users of the community centre contributed their

own ideas about what community

means to them.

I then took onboard those suggestions,

and put together the community values

for the wall art.

The idea of growth was suggested throughout the workshop, with growing the community being suggested, I put my own spin on this turning it into a visual form.
